Group Classes at Equinox
Class type
I teach a range of classes for all fitness levels. My specialties are Boxing & Cardiokickboxing, Conditioning and Strength Training, and Aqua Fitness.
What to bring to the class
Bring water and yourself! Equinox provides equipment for Equinox classes. For private sessions, we will coordinate what you have and minimise any stress. Like with private sessions the goal is to teach you how to enjoy working out with what you already have at home.

Do I have to train in person?
No, you can enjoy the same benefits of personalized sessions and coaching virtually. Minimal space and equipment necessary. We can use Zoom or FaceTime to train; flexible scheduling available. Let’s train where you are.
What equipment do I need?
You do not need special equipment to train with me. I will teach you how to work with your own body for bodyweight and other exercises you can do anywhere. I do not want you to have barriers to exercising whether you are home, at work, or traveling. The most important thing is to bring a positive mindset.
Do I have to be super fit to train with you?
No, I work with people of all levels. I have 20+ years of experience working across age groups and fitness levels. I have specialized training and experience with people with Parkinson’s and other chronic illnesses. I am passionate about exercise and fitness and will work with you on a customized program that is comfortable–tailored to you–and helps you meet your goals.
How are you training safely during COVID-19?
I follow all applicable CDC, NY, and PA guidelines for masking and infection control. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. If you train person, masks are required at this time. I am also offering virtual training.
How do I get started?

What if I don’t have a lot of time?
Don’t stress. Everyone has a lot to do right now and you shouldn’t avoid exercising as it’s important for your physical and mental health. Start with 10 minutes of breathing and stretches. Then work your way up! You can do 15, 30, or 60-minutes of exercise depending on what time you have. Subscribe to my videos for short clips–and when you are ready, let’s do 30 or 60-minute sessions together.
